Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is a Stern pinball machine designed by Pat Lawlor, who has designed some of the most beloved titles in the history of pinball, including Funhouse, The Addams Family, and Twilight Zone.

The plot of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is around traveling around seven continents with the renowned Robert Ripley in order to uncover the odd, strange, and abnormal! In order to achieve this, the playfield has some incredible features: a temple that can only be unlocked with a unique tic tac toe code, a shrunken head that says some pretty funny things, an odd idol that commands a powerful force field, and an always entertaining vari-target!

With a unique feature appropriately named “Believe it or Not,” Ripley’s Believe It or Not! attracts to players of all skill levels. This multi-level rule allows the more experienced player to expand their opportunities through better play, while the novice player can accomplish some of the game’s objectives early on.
